NOW Sunflower Lecithin contains the most abundant phospholipid present in the cell membrane known as Phosphatidyl Choline. NOW Sunflower Lecithin also naturally has large quantities of Phosphatidyl Inositol, Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine, and essential fatty acids.
Suggested Uses of Sunflower Lecithin
