Refund policy

Returns/ refund :  

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully consider their purchases before completing their transaction.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product does not meet personal expectations.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product to report the issue and request authorisation for the return.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, unless the return is due to damage or defect.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • From time to time, suppliers and manufacturers may update labels or packaging of products without prior notice. While we strive to keep our website updated with the latest information, discrepancies between the product received and the information displayed on our website may occur.
  • Mega Vitmainsdoes not accept returns or offer refunds solely based on discrepancies between the product labeling and the information displayed on our website.
  • Customers are encouraged to verify product information directly on the packaging upon receipt.
  • If a discrepancy is discovered between the product received and the information displayed on our website, customers may contact our customer service team to report the issue for further assistance.
  • We will make every effort to address any concerns regarding labeling discrepancies promptly and to the best of our ability, but this does not automatically warrant a refund.

Exceptions

  • In cases where we have incorrectly sent out a product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product has been opened shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage not caused by us.

Discrepancies:

At Mega Vitmian, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. However, we understand that occasionally, discrepancies may occur with orders. To ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction, we have established the following policy regarding order discrepancies:

Reporting Discrepancies: If you notice any discrepancies with your order, including missing items or other issues, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team within 10 working days of receiving your order. Prompt reporting allows us to investigate and address the issue efficiently.

  2. Timeline for Reporting: Please be advised that any discrepancies reported outside of the 10-day period will not be accepted for review or resolution. We encourage customers to inspect their orders promptly upon receipt to identify any issues and notify us within the specified timeframe.

  3. Swift Resolution: Your prompt attention to reporting order discrepancies is greatly appreciated, as it enables us to swiftly address any issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order and will work diligently to rectify any discrepancies.

  4. Customer Support: If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance regarding order discrepancies, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We are here to assist you and ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

  5. Incorrect product received: If you receive an incorrect product and have opened it, you will be required to pay for the item, and no refund will be offered. We strongly recommend checking the product upon delivery and before opening it to ensure it matches your order. If the product is incorrect but remains unopened, please contact our customer service within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Returns may not be accepted Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept 'change of mind' or 'product not suitable' as reasons for returns. We encourage customers to conduct thorough research and due diligence before making a purchase. Additionally, we do not offer price matching or provide product advice."

Order Cancellations (if applicable)    If an order is placed and unshipped then a refund is possible, with a handling fee of $5-$10, which will be deducted from your total.   If an order is placed but has already been shipped with a tracking ID then it is not possible to retract or cancel. 

Exchanges (if applicable)    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@megavitamins.com.au and send your item to: Mega Vitamins, PO Box 6116 NORTH RYDE NSW 2113

Gifts   If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 Shipping    To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mega Vitamins, PO Box 6116 NORTH RYDE NSW 2113. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
