Rutin is a bioflavonoid associated to quercetin and hesperidin seen in both citrus and non-citrus fruits, as well as in some other foods like buckwheat. Rutin is a strong free radicals combatant and enhances a healthy response to the inflammation. NOW Rutin is vegetarian and obtained from a non-citrus source.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 1 nos of capsule 1-2 times daily, preferably with food. Also, consider taking these other NOW products: Tru-C BioComplex, Pycnogenol and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose (capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silica.
