Pure L-Carnitine is an amino acid that normally attracts water which can cause it to deteriorate rapidly. It naturally occurs in red meat and other animal source foods, but we recommend supplementation to obtain optimal levels of this excellent amino acid. Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with or without meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Pantethine, CLA and Lecithin.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silica and vegetable coating.
Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
Warnings
Do not eat freshness packet. Keep in bottle.
