Directions: Each morning, take 2 capsules on an empty stomach. Allow at least 30 minutes before taking Alkacia Alkalizing Fiber Quick Colon Cleanse (Part 2 in this kit).
2 Alkacia Alkalizing Fiber Quick Colon Cleanse
Directions: Each day, drink 1 level scoop mixed in 8 ounces of water in the morning and 1 level scoop mixed in 8 ounces of water in the evening. Follow with at least 8 additional ounces of water. May decrease to one scoop daily if elimination slows. Drink plenty of water while using this product.
3 Herbs & Minerals Quick Colon Cleanse
Directions: Each evening, take 2 capsules with 8 ounces of water.
