Item not received where is it

It is not possible to review as you have not even sent the product, or at least I have not received it. This is despite your advice that it was sent on the 25th September. I have never received any tracking information for Australia Post as you said I would. It seems as if I have been cheated out of my money as I have also written before enquiring about non delivery but my email remains unanswered.
