In conventional processing methods digestibility is only 40% to 50%. elrose Clean Green Chlorella is processed by a licensed Broken Cell Wall process. Through a distinctive low-pressure flash expansion broken cell process, chlorella cell walls splits in 3 seconds and the surface shows number of pores ( alike to popped corn). Chlorella augments digestibility to 80%. Melrose Clean Green Chlorella includes a wide array of vitamins and minerals. Also, considered to be a complete protein it is comprised of 60% protein and includes all 8 essential amino acids.
