D-Ribose is an organically occurring pentose (5-Carbon) sugar, which is a basic building block in the production of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) - the body's main source of energy. Following periods of rigorous exercise and metabolic stress, ATP levels can be severely depressed. 

Suggested Use Of D-Ribose 

Recommended In take one (1) teaspoon level of D-Ribose once or twice daily, mixed with juice or other beverage. Take D-Ribose with or without food.
