Holy Basil [Ocimum tenuiflorum (also known as Ocimum sanctum)] has been shown to possess powerful adaptogenic properties.  Holy Basil is revered as a sacred plant in Ayurveda, the traditional therapeutic system of India.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Relora, SAMe and P-5-P.

Other Ingredients

Cellulose (capsule), magnesium carbonate, maltodextrin, silica, rice flour and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives. Vegetarian/vegan product.
