Description

Well known for its use with relief  of the symptoms of premenstrual tension (PMT).

About:

Henry Blooms Evening Primrose Oil is a rich natural source of the omega–6 essential fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Deficiencies of GLA have been found in adults and children with atopic eczema and atopic dermatitis. Women with premenstrual syndrome may also benefit from supplementation.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:
Evening Primrose Oil 1 g (1000 mg)
equivalent to gamma-Linolenic acid (GLA) 100 mg

No added gluten, yeast, starch, milk derivatives, salt, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Tips:

The Evening Primrose plant is a native of North America, although it is also found in Europe and the southern hemisphere. Its yellow flowers bloom in the evening and are pollinated by night-flying insects. The oil is extracted from the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant and put into capsules.

 Instructions:

Adults: Take 1 capsule two to three times daily with food. For dry skin conditions take 2 capsules two to three times daily with food.

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. Drink plenty of water.
