NOW Soy Free Phosphatidyl Serine is a phospholipid compound derived from Non-GMO sunflower lecithin that plays an essential role in cell membrane composition and intercellular communication. 

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food. Consider taking these other NOW products: Ginkgo Biloba and DMAE.

Other Ingredients

Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silica, croscarmellose sodium and vegetable coating.
