Stimulates gastric juices that aid digestion. Claims are based on traditional use in western herbal medicine.

Dosage:

Infuse two teabags with one cup of boiling water, steep and cover for 10-15 minutes.

Adults and children over 12: drink one cup 30 minutes before meals.

Children from 6 to 12: drink half to one cup 30 minutes before meals.

Children from 3 to 6: drink quarter to half a cup 30 minutes before meals.

Precautions:

Use only as directed.
