Magnesium supplement -a scientifically prepared solution that allows approximately 98% of the elemental magnesium to be absorbed by the body. Unlike capsules or tablets, liquid mineral supplements can be easily digested and absorbed by the body.

Keep all medicines out of the reach of children! As our products contain neither alcohol nor preservatives the bottle should be returned to the refrigerator after use. Do not drink directly from the bottle! Contains fruit sugars.

Ingredients:

Each 20 ml dose contains: Magnesium (from magnesium gluconate and magnesium citrate) 250mg AND herbal decoction equiv. to dry: Chamaemelum nobile flower (Camomile) 50mg, Foeniculum vulgare seed (Fennel) 50mg, Citrus aurantium fruit peel (Bitter orange) 50mg, Daucus carota fruit (Carrot) 50mg, Spinacia oleracea leaf (Spinach) 40mg. Also contains honey, juices from apricots, mangoes, pineapples and pears and natural peach flavour.

Directions:

Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cup provided. Adults and children 12 years and older: 4 level metric teaspoonfuls or 20 mL daily, preferably before a meal. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Do not use while breast feeding. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 4 weeks of opening.

Refrigerate after opening. Store upright at 2 °C to 8 °C (Refrigerate. Do not freeze.) and use within 4 weeks of  opening.
