Vitamin B-6 is one of the more popular members of the B-vitamin family and is found in fresh vegetables. Homocysteine is produced as a by-product of the demethylation of methionine and can be toxic in elevated amounts.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW B-Complex, Folic Acid and B-12.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
