A. Again depends on the product.

Q. What happens after I place the order?

A. You will get an email with order number.
Our warehouse team will start working your order and as soon as its shipped out, you will receive an email from Aus post with tracking number.

A. Due to safety reason we don’t allow pickups. So it’s a online only store.

A. All order above $130 gets free shipping.
Anything between $50-$129 its $7.50.
Anything below $50 its $9.95.

Q. What happens if Aus post loses my parcel?

A. As per our terms and condition we don’t offer compensation if aus post looses the parcel, but our logistics team works really hard to get the issue resolved, and where possible we do send out the replacement product.
