Each capsule contains:
Greenlipped Mussel (Perna canaliculus) Powder 500mg
No excipients

Daily Dose:

Adults: Take 4-6 capsules per day with a meal for the first 10 days.
Reduce to 2-4 capsules per day with a meal, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Storage: Store out of the reach of children. Store out of sunlight, below 30C.
