NOW Non-GMO Lecithin Softgels has 15% of Phosphatidyl Choline. Lecithin also has organically occurring essential fatty acids and Inositol. Lecithin assists in making fats into an emulsion, allowing them to get dispersed in water.
Suggested Use Of Lecithin
As a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 3 nos of softgels 1 - 2 times daily. Also, consider taking these other NOW products: L-Carnitine, Omega-3 Fish Oil and CoQ10.

Lecithin Contains Softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) and Non-GMO soybean oil.
